RETURN POLICY

We would like our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased from Portland Fitness Equipment. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.

With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. For online orders, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product.

Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment. Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from Portland Fitness Equipment within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original delivery & return pick-up handling charges.

All sales are considered final on the following items which are not returnable: Clearance items, floor models, discontinued items, pre-owned products, special ordered product, free weights, dumbbells and plates. Accessories must be returned in their unopened, original packaging to receive a full refund.

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery subject to the following:

It must be returned in its original packaging in its original condition. Applicable manuals, paper work, parts and accessories must accompany the return. If the item or items require our trucks for pick up, an additional charge may apply. Online, shipped orders will need to be shipped back at your expense. Original delivery, assembly, freight and shipping charges are not refundable. Returned items will be refunded after inspection upon our receipt of product. Original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, will be refunded in the original method of payment. Customer who paid by cash will be refunded by a company check from corporate within 45 days; less original delivery, assembly, freight, shipping, restocking fees and any handling charges. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order. Special order items are not refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before-Your-Order-Ships Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your equipment is shipped from our warehouse. Equipment generally ships within two business days from the day you place your order, M-F. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Once-Your-Order-Has-Shipped Cancellation: If you cancel your order after it has shipped from our warehouse, but prior to delivery and installation to you, we will refund the cost of the equipment, but not the cost of shipping. To cancel your enroute order, please contact us immediately.

After Delivery Return: We are unable to accept returns after the product has been delivered to you or installed. If there is an out-of-box problem or an operating issue occurs during installation, the installer will fix the issue or a service technician will be dispatched to your home at no cost to you. We take pride in assuring that your new equipment is in perfect working order at the conclusion of the delivery and installation. If the technician deems the product to be inoperable, we will replace the defective unit.
