If you purchased your equipment from Amazon, Costco, or NordicTrack, please contact their customer support directly, as we are unable to service their equipment.
If you’ve purchased fitness or exercise equipment from Portland Fitness, you can expect quality repairs from our trusted technicians in the Portland area. Simply provide us with the brand, model, serial number, and a description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a service call to your location. You can also bring your equipment to our main warehouse by scheduling an appointment in advance. If parts are not in stock, we will order them for you.

If you experience any issues with equipment purchased from us, we’re here to help. Our technicians will diagnose the problem on-site. If needed, we will order parts and return to complete the repair. Drop-off diagnostic:Â $139
If parts are needed, installation has a $110 minimum charge, then labor is billed in 15-minute increments at $110 per hour
In-home service
Diagnostic visit:Â $179
This includes diagnosing the issue and ordering parts if needed
If a return visit is needed to install parts, there is a $160 minimum charge, then labor is billed in 15-minute increments at $160 per hour
