What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right fitness equipment based on their needs and goals.
- Stay informed on product offerings through company-provided training.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Support team training and contribute to staff meetings.
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and website.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment data.
