Returns

General Return Guidelines

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original sales receipt.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying manuals, parts, and accessories.
  • For online orders, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

  • Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original method of payment.
  • Customers who paid by cash will receive a company check from Portland Fitness Equipment within 30 days.
  • Original delivery & return pick-up handling charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final on the following items:

  • Clearance items
  • Floor models
  • Discontinued items
  • Pre-owned products
  • Special order products
  • Free weights, dumbbells, and plates

Accessories must be returned in unopened, original packaging for a full refund.

Additional Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Manuals, paperwork, parts, and accessories must be included.
  • If the item requires our trucks for pick-up, an additional charge may apply.
  • Shipping charges for online orders are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed after inspection upon receipt of the product.
  • Customers who paid by cash will receive a company check within 45 days, less applicable fees (delivery, assembly, freight, shipping, restocking, and handling fees).
  • Exchanges require returning the original item and placing a new order.
  • Special order items are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before it ships from our warehouse. Most equipment ships within two business days (M-F). To cancel, contact us immediately.

After Shipment Cancellation

If you cancel your order after it has shipped, but before delivery and installation, we will refund the cost of the equipment, but not the cost of shipping. Contact us immediately to cancel an in-transit order.

After Delivery Return

  • Returns are not accepted after delivery or installation.
  • If an out-of-box issue or operating problem occurs during installation, the installer will fix it, or a service technician will be dispatched at no cost to you.
  • If the technician determines the product is inoperable, we will replace it.

We take pride in ensuring your equipment is in perfect working order at the conclusion of delivery and installation.
