If you purchased your equipment from Amazon, Costco, or NordicTrack, please contact their customer support directly, as we are unable to service their equipment.
If you’ve purchased fitness or exercise equipment from Portland Fitness, you can expect quality repairs from our trusted technicians in the Portland area. Simply provide us with the brand, model, serial number, and a description of the issue, and we’ll arrange a service call to your location. You can also bring your equipment to our main warehouse by scheduling an appointment in advance. If parts are not in stock, we will order them for you.

If you experience any issues with equipment purchased from us, we’re here to help. Our technicians will diagnose the problem on-site. If needed, we will order parts and return to complete the repair. Service Rates
- Initial Diagnosis Appointment: $149.00 (Includes travel within 25 miles and 30 minutes of troubleshooting)
- On-Site Labor: $80.00 per hour ($20 per additional 15 minutes)
- Follow-Up Visit: Additional Charge (If parts need to be ordered)
- Extended Travel Fee: $30.00 per additional 30 miles
